Crafted with intention
Oat & Paw was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin from love, intention, and a little bit of spite.
After years in hotel events and marketing, I found myself six weeks into maternity leave with my second daughter when my position was eliminated. In that moment, I made a decision: I would never again leave my future in someone else's hands.
I returned to what I've always loved: dogs, and the business of caring for them well. As a vegetarian, I've always been thoughtful about what goes into my body. That same philosophy now guides every product we make. Our treats are vegetarian and gluten-free, not because it's a trend, but because every dog deserves to be included: whether they have allergies, sensitivities, or simply a pet parent who reads the label.
Our accessories are hand-sewn from upcycled fabrics: denim rescued from thrift stores and diverted from landfills. To date, we've saved over 50 pounds of denim monthly, and we're just getting started. Our grooming line follows the same principle: simple, intentional ingredients you can feel confident about.
Oat & Paw is for the dogs who are loved like family by who refuse to settle for less. I'm building this for my two daughters, to show them what's possible when you bet on yourself.
